ACI is focused on becoming the Caribbean’s solution to professional and organizational growth through their action-oriented team delivering targeted business development services to entrepreneurial individuals and organizations seeking to invest in their own growth. ACI was established by Dr. Vishnu Doerga, Keon Smith, and Davitri Doerga in 2018 after operating as ActionCOACH Guyana since 2014.

From March to December 2022, Hemsley Fraser Canada worked with ACI and produced eLearning courseware, eBriefing videos, and eBooks for them. This collaboration led to the signing of a formal Partnership Agreement between Hemsley Fraser Canada and ACI in December 2022.
